SCOPE OF WORK : INTERIOR CONCEPT DESIGN, DETALED DESIGN DRAWINGS, TENDER FILES
The interior of the amazing Sitak Villa was envisioned to have a luxurious and traditional character. Having various spaces with different purposes, gave the opportunity to include every requirement of the client. Natural daylight and shadow were relied on heavily. The natural element created a beautiful atmosphere throughout the day, and brought a certain character to the interior of the villa. The Client’s whishes were used as a guide during the design process. Based on requests a classical style was opted for, which proved to be elegant, luxurious and timeless. The large spaces had to be used efficiently while still looking aesthetically pleasing. Based on the design approach, traditional and elegant spaces were created all while remaining comfortable for use.
Rich in Colors
During the interior design process, the intended use of the space needed to be kept in mind. In the case of this beautiful project, it needed to be kept in mind that the complex was intended for VIP use. Therefore, the design had to be unique, beautiful and luxurious. Different textures and rich colors were used which achieved a natural and harmonious feel to the amazing interior of the villa. The many spaces of the villa had to be both comfortable and in good relation with each other. Every space worked well together and it felt as if though the whole interior was a flowing design. This kind of a design gave the villa an airy and comfortable feel all while being surrounded by luxury.
Not to forget about the décor and furniture of the villa, all of which were specially chosen. Most of these aspects bare unique designs and feature intricate detail. Rich colors were also used to create an interesting look. All of these elements combined together made a one of a kind interior design. Sia Moore had a clear vision for the project but the expectations were not only met but exceeded. All by close inspection during every stage of the project and close relations with the client.
