Contemporary Style
Located in the outskirts of İstanbul on an area of 450,00 m2, Sapanca Hayat Villa is an award-winning 18 villa interior concept design project.
The Hayat Villas interior design was completed by Sia Moore.
During the design process, the needs of the spaces were kept in mind which resulted in a contemporary and luxury style that is aesthetically pleasing. The beautiful contemporary style offers an elegant and luxurious feel, which is supported by exceptionally high level finished, materials and intricate designs.
All of the villas are formed from 3 floors, baring a spacious feel. The floors are; basement floor, ground floor and the 1st floor. The total area being 450,00 m2, each floor offers a unique and different feel. Each one accommodating different features and requirements.
Villas with private pools offer a dreamy view of the breathtaking nature while still managing to be far from the city noise and any kind of disturbance.
As for security measure, the villas are located within a site that is protected 247/7 in order to provide a safe living environment.
All in all, Hayat Villas is a unique project that was designed as an eco-friendly, one of a kind, luxurious project. Achieving all of those marks with the designed proved to be quite an interesting journey that was priceless in every second.
Elegant and Luxurious
The interiors of Sapanca Hayat Villa is designed as a summer resort for accommodating a family of four, offering each member with large and private spaces. With a swimming pool in the garden, daily living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 5 bedrooms each with in-suite bathrooms and multi-purpose hall, every need can be met.
During the creation of the project, it was important to keep the design eco-friendly all while maintaining the luxurious feel. As a result, multifunctional spaces were created where natural lighting was relied on to create interesting atmospheres throughout the day. Also, the interior design was created so that it wouldn’t crash with the beautiful nature outside and both elements would complement each other greatly.
For the decoration of Sapanca Hayat Villa, a palette of earth toned colors as beige, dusty rose were chosen. During the interior design process, world’s latest home décor trends were implemented in order to create an unforgettable and one of a kind home decoration. To add a luxurious and glamorous feel, products with gold brass accents, geometric shapes and contrasting colors were used from Sia Moore Studio’s latest Decorative Objects Collection.
