Timeless Feel

The timeless classical style of the Bosphorus Waterfront Villa project originated from the traditional houses beside the Bosphorus Sea. Based on the client’s requirements, separate living spaces for every family member were build. As a result, a light and spacious feel was achieved. In order to create a stunning first impression, the palatial hall was adorned with classic ottoman lines and patterns which were used in a contemporary way.

Intricate Designs

Seeing how special of a project this was, Sia Moore took the liberty to design the traditional ottoman motifs and Islamic prints all of which are extremely intricate and were used all throughout the project. Of course with such a beautiful base the furniture and decorations had to be up to par. Elegant and neo classical décor was used, all furniture was custom designed and handmade only using the finest materials. Also silk carpets which were derived from Usak in Turkey. Furniture and decorations added to the contemporary feel of the space, achieving and interesting and a dimensional look.

Unique Space

Out of many floors of the villa, the basement floor unfortunately was derived of natural daylight. But that seeming mishap, resulted in a unique and beautiful space. Using artificial bamboo a green corridor was created, this brought a sense of light to the corridor. This area was designed with clients children in mind. Their playfulness was reflected in the design of the space and it also happens to be a great place for the family to relax and have fun together. The ottoman inspired interior couldn’t be complete without a spa area. This was specifically requested by the client to represent the traditional Turkish bath style hammam. To mirror the traditional atmosphere, Turkish Marmara grey marble with custom designed handmade Turkish tiles were used. The goal with this project was to create on of a kind living room where all the family members could enjoy lounging. This area bares the traditional and contemporary style. All throughout the 420,00 m2 Villa, a light feel was strived for. And the result exceeded all the expectations. The Bosphorus City Villa is a one of a kind project with beautiful patterns, marvelous decorations and airy spaces.
