The company’s award-winning private luxury village and guest house in Sulaymaniyah in Iraqi Kurdistan adopts an architectural style which mixes traditional classical elements with a modern, comfortable and practical lifestyle.

The main project consists of a four-storey main villa with a basement, ground floor, first floor and roof garden, covering a total area of 1,500m2. The house is designed for a large and busy family and for VIP commercial use. It includes six living rooms, nine bedrooms, 16 bathrooms and five kitchens, including two industrial ones. There is an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms, a billiard room and home cinema. Auxiliary buildings also include a garage, locker room and guard house, as well as maids’ quarters.
