The breathtakingly beautiful German Village bares a unique neo classical style all throughout it’s 800,00 m2 space. Consisting of two floors the German Village strives to create a wholesome feel all while giving each space a different character.
The ground floor presents a living room, dining room, hot kitchen and a cold kitchen, a bedroom with a personal bath. The intention of the ground floor was to provide the family with spaces for lounging that the whole family could enjoy together. Of course also keeping in mind possible guests the decorations were chosen accordingly. All of the spaces were given a luxurious and yet airy feel. No space feels overcrowded and there is plenty breathing room.
The second floor consists of three bedrooms with personal closets and bathrooms, a master bedroom, a home office, a living room and a Turkish bath. An important aspect of the project was to provide every member of the family a personal space which is perfectly achieved on the second floor.
The elegance of the German Village is achieved by the delicately chosen decorations. Based on the clients wishes, light colors are a dominating feature of the project. And yet, different aspects were incorporated in the interior. Luxurious materials were used in furniture and rich colors were preferred on many parts of the interior. Everything was topped with beautiful gold details. All of the decorations of the villa are high quality to keep up to par with the luxurious quality of the spaces. According to the use of the space the tones and decorations were chosen so that all of the spaces would remain functional and useful.
