Located in the outskirts of İstanbul on an area of 450,00 m², Sapanca Hayat Villa is an award-winning 18 villa architecture and interior design project.
The Hayat Villas architecture and interior design was completed by Sia Moore and the construction works on the site are still ongoing.
For the architecture of the villas, a modern style was preferred. The 450,00 m² project’s custom design was done in consideration the necessary aspects. In order to be coherent with the nature surrounding the buildings and the purpose of the buildings certain finishes, materials and colors were chosen.
