Sia Moore’s design for Pivora Restaurant aimed to create a luxurious Mediterranean and boho-chic modern restaurant. The two-storey space features a ground floor with a main dining room, bar, and seafood showcases, while the mezzanine houses the staff room, dishwashing unit, and utility rooms.
Originally a single-storey area, a mezzanine was added during design to enhance the space with a high ceiling and a spacious feel, with glass film used to discreetly conceal utility areas.
