The company’s award-winning private luxury village and guest house in Sulaymaniyah in Iraqi Kurdistan adopts an architectural style which mixes traditional classical elements with a modern, comfortable and practical lifestyle.
The main project consists of a four-storey main villa with a basement, ground floor, first floor and roof garden, covering a total area of 1,500m2.
